題目： A new algebraic cryptosystem

内容：

We first propose a new mathematical model for finite cellular automata
and we show the connections between our model and the classical  model.
Then we turn our research to develop two methods of encryption based
on a finite cellular automata.  Our encryptoin methods are similar
to the Diffie-Hellman encryption and ElGamal encryption.
