The early registration fee is JPY25,000, and student/accompanying registration fees are JPY15,000 until July 31. After August 1, they are 30,000 and 20,000, respectively. Participants can pay it either by a credit card (VISA or Master Card) or by bank transfer (BANK TRANSFER is preferable.)
Regular and student fees cover all the conference materials including welcome reception, banquet, morning and afternoon tea/coffee, excursion trip, and the proceedings. Accompanying person's fee covers welcome reception, banquet, morning and afternoon tea/coffee, and excursion trip.

We accept only registration fees through this account. Do not send hotel charges. (See Hotel Reservation section.)

You can make a reservation of your room(s) in our recommended hotels with registration together. Please fill the ACCOMMODATION section of the registration form. In the case of no vacancy, we may ask you to change the reservation. You can pay for your room(s) at the hotel counter directly, so that payment for the rooms in advance is not neccesary. For the details of hotels, see the accommodation page.
Cancellations received in WRITING prior August 15, 2003 will be refunded. There will be a JPY10,000 service charge for refunds. No refunds will be issued after this date.
